Total Sports Complex is searching for its next Field Marshall/Office Associate to assist at our Rossford, OH location. This position is responsible for being the first line of communication with our customer base in Rossford. This position will be under the supervision of the Facility Manager and Program Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in office and facility operation
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person contact
• Check office supply inventory
• Taking computer registrations and payments
• Handle daily cash sales and balance cash drawers
• Work on special projects
• Facility upkeep and cleaning assistance
• Event set up and tear down
• Monitor facility and assist with any incidents that may occur
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Soccer experience a plus

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous office experience a plus
• Schedule will include day-time, evening and weekend hours
• Proficient in the use of office and technology equipment including computers, phone systems, copy machine/printers
• A team player yet able to work individually and be self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exercises a high level of customer service skills
• Adaptable to new situations
• Event planning and execution experience a plus

Education:

• High School Degree preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Physical Demands:

• Standing or moving for long periods of time
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25 pounds
• May be asked to crouch, bend or kneel

Total Sports Complex is an indoor sports facility company with nine facilities in Michigan and Ohio. We have an estimate of 2 million customers per year visit our facilities. Total Sports Complex is continually growing and expanding their customer base and programs offered at each facility.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
