Now hiring for 3PM - 11PM shift

We are looking for an amazing Front Desk Agent to join our PCB team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and assisting them with requests. We manage the front desks at several resorts in Panama City Beach, including Calypso and Grand Panama.

It is a beautiful and safe environment where the guests are all on vacation and happy to be there. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. If you're a night owl, this is a great opportunity for a second shift position.

If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel or vacation rentals industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests
• Provide information about available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in vacation rental or hotel guest services/front desk
• Ability to work 3PM to 11PM shift
• A terrific customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
