Seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for greeting and screening customers, handling routine guest inquiries, assuring payment accuracy and performing nightly room inventories. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent with experience in the hospitality industry, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills. Responsibilities: \* Accept payment from customers. \* Answer questions regarding accommodations. \* Greet guests and provide direction to the rooms they have reserved. \* Verify guests' identities to ensure they are who they say they are. \* Report to management on issues that could affect the running of the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
