Front Desk Agent Job at Altitude Management Group Llc
SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for greeting unit owners, guests and visitors. Works closely with the concierge team and property leadership to ensure 5 star luxury service.
- Demonstrates excellent customers service, communication and time management skills.
- Displays, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with residents, patrons and other employees.
- Monitors elevator Emergency Response System
- Responds to emergency situations in timely and efficient manner
- Resolve and follows-up on all complaints/issues
- Works closely with the Concierge to follow up on resident’s requests.
- Maintains daily log, records, and forms
- Receives and registers all resident’s packages
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building
- Handles Porsche Design Tower Miami emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism
- Performs tasks and projects as delegated by Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Property Manager, and General Manager.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- Other duties instructed and required by property management
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate the communication process. Must possess basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Should be detailed and highly organized. Must have flexible availability. Previous luxury experience preferred. Able to work a flexible schedule. Must have good computer and communication skills, multi-task oriented.

EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE: *
High school degree and degree in hospitality preferred.
One year similar experience in a luxury condominium property preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS: *
Multi-language preferred. Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, guest, and other employees.
