Job Description:
1987 Masters Inc are looking for a Freelance Event Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent in the audiovisual industry for our events. As an Event Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring AV professionals, including audio technicians, video technicians, lighting technicians, and other event production staff. You will work closely with project managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that their events are staffed with the right talent.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be results-oriented, and possess a high level of empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the AV industry.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified AV professionals for future staffing needs.
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Work with existing databases to identify potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
Forming a job offer and "selling" the company to the candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
