• The ability to communicate effectively with potential investors and franchisors
• As a franchise salesperson, you likely see multiple clients in a day. This requires a lot of organization, time management and research to ensure high success rates.
• A salesperson knows how to appreciate investors' challenges and frustrations and being empathetic can contribute to maintaining an investor's interest.

What You’ll Do:

• Promoting and enabling franchise sales

• Lead or aid in the presentation of the benefits, value, and profitable features of owning a Baya Bar Franchise

• Conducting franchise-specific research to ensure proper investor-franchise matching

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential Baya Bar franchisee prospects.

• Analyze and define development territories

• Identify, screen, and present qualified external candidates to join the brand as new franchisees

What You Bring:

• Experience within franchising or other sales related job
• Proven track record of building relationships and engaging prospects through the sales process
• Ability to speak passionately and knowledgeably about Baya Bar
• Restaurant manager experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment utilizing excellent time management skills
• Creative strategist able to develop new ways to drive Franchise sales and add value to existing and prospective franchise partners
• Must have excellent computer skills and be Internet savvy
• Franchising knowledge is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
