Seeking an enterprising Franchise Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, building a leading brand in the red-hot, health & wellness retail category. This individual will be responsible for partnering with franchise owners to teach best practices and develop and implement marketing strategies to improve their performance. They will draw from our evolving toolkit of digital and retail marketing programs. They will have a strong ability to analyze metrics and derive key learnings and implications, along with the skill to effectively guide franchisees along the right action steps. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities and be a confident communicator – both written and verbal. This role will be a key contributor in our expansion and a critical business resource for our rapidly-growing franchisee community.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years developing and optimizing integrated marketing plans; preferably with multi-unit, Franchised brand(s).
  • Strong command of all types of paid media, including digital, social, OOH, print and broadcast, with the ability to leverage them for maximum impact at the greatest efficiency possible.
  • Experience marketing and consulting in the grand opening process.
  • Adept at executing local grassroots/promotional marketing to drive leads and new customers.
  • A leader through influence, building productive relationships and securing support from outside stakeholders (franchisees, unit-level operations, clients in an agency environment, etc.).
  • Understanding of retail and how to simultaneously build a brand and drive short-term traffic and new customer counts.
  • Ideally, experience with growing database-driven membership and customer retention programs.
  • Presentation skills in a franchisee coop setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Organization

  • Reports to Director of Clinic Marketing
  • Job will require upwards of 20% travel
  • Position can be based in Phoenix, but will consider remote arrangements
  • Subject matter oversight of franchised clinics in 15+ states (west coast)
  • Frequent collaboration with all members of the Support Center, especially Marketing, Operations and Franchise Development.
  • Builds bridges with our Franchisees, Regional Developers and Field Operations teams.
