Role Title: Franchise Development Manager (Hybrid)


This role is responsible for selling the Cruise Planners franchise ownership opportunity to qualified candidates. This role will have a comprehensive screening/investigation process in which to educate the prospective buyer. Must demonstrate the ability to manage the entire investigation process of a potential franchisee from the initial application stage to the awarding stage.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting franchisees to meet the Franchisors needs.
  • Responsible for responding for Franchise inquiries
  • Promote and host weekly online individual and/or group webinars
  • Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all prospect inquiries
  • Ability to work independently
  • Maintain and utilize CRM daily to enter notes and scheduled appointments, calls to franchise candidates Responsible for ensuring franchise candidate is financial qualified and maintains proper documentation in candidate file.
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline based on current lead flow
  • Have a full understanding of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
  • Will include evening and/or weekend work along with setting up and working local and out of town trade shows
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of all department administrative support as needed

Competencies:

  • Verbal, written, presentations to others, phone skills, communicate to direct reports and Franchisor, able to think quickly on feet to handle objections, honest, direct, clear and concise deliver of content.

  • Proficient phone presentation skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Previous franchise sales experience preferred, but not required

This is a hybrid role (Mondays and Fridays – remote and Tuesdays-Thursdays on-site).
