Position Overview
Griswold Home Care as a leading franchise home care provider in the United States is hiring for our next Franchise Business Coach. The Franchise Business Coach is a key support role in the growth of the Griswold Home Care franchise network. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual who is career focused and has an insatiable curiosity to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will enjoy being a part of an exciting and dynamic Operations team where they can leverage their strong multi-tasking and communication skills to support franchise owners success.
Travel
As one of the most forward facing Headquarters employee to the franchise owners you could expect to travel up to 25% over the course of a year attending Industry Conferences, Franchise Field Visits, and Home Office Travel. Field Visits can vary in length from 2 days - 4 days with temporary location management ranging 2-4 weeks in length.
What You’ll Do:
- Support franchise owners with Sales, Recruiting, Business Analysis, and Compliance.
- Identify training opportunities and provide educational resources.
- Be an intermediary between franchise owner and Home Office.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person field visits with franchise owners.
- Collaborate with Home Office departments on launching new initiatives.
- Lead temporary location management during occasional franchise ownership transitions
- Cultivate franchise owner participation and adoption of new brand initiatives.
- Continuously seek out training and personal professional development opportunities.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
