Job Summary
Responsibilities
· Assessing job priorities and assigning laborers to appropriate tasks.
· Perform layouts and material take-off as needed for carpentry and labor work.
· Perform metal stud framing and drywall installation
· Maintain clean jobsite and enforce safety/ project requirements.
· Making sure safety precautions are followed.
Experience
· Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Interior Renovation Construction, with a verifiable track record of completed projects
Requirements
· Carpenter trade experience (e.g. Ability to lay out partitions)
· Ability to read drawings fluently and identify inconsistencies within drawings and specifications
· Teamwork and people skills along with the ability to represent the General Contractor at project meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
