Train to become a Forman, Supervising 1-15 people, Must have good people skills, Talking to many customers Via phone, In person, EMAIL, Learning how to run heat treat Vacuum furnace and tempering furnaces. looking up and tracking jobs / work , Scheduling work. This is a 6-7 day a week job. Would preferably want some Forman experience but also can be trained. Pay scale will be based on the knowledge of the job and how you perform learning it.
