This is an exciting new position for Good Oil Company!!!

Under the leadership of the Director of Food Service/ Marketing, the Food Service Manager is responsible for assisting in the implementations of the Good To Go food brand and marketing strategy. The Food Service Manager will assist with the training and compliance with all company food service. The Food Service Manager will also assist with internal communications, customer service, and administration to support the company’s initiatives. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities. You must also have the ability to work independently in a high priority, confidential, and demanding business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and programs related to Good Oil's Food Service brand image, food safety, POG's, operations, and store signage.
• Plan and lead events (grand openings, customer appreciation, product launches)
• Develop menus and present new production

Demands of the job:

• Must be able to drive for long periods of time
• Must be able to do extensive walking and physical labor (lifting and bending)
• Must be able to meet regular, and sometimes short, deadlines on documentation, correspondence, and other assignments.
• Hours may vary, and this job requires on-call time

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma
• Bachelor's degree - preferred
• 3 years experience in food service & retail experience

Pay: $51,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
