As the Food Service Director, you will work closely with the school administration to provide the best lunches and customer service in the industry. Your responsibilities include hiring your own rock star staff, being a cheerleader for their development and success, and representing Lunchtime Solutions, Inc. in the district and within the community. You must be able to effectively communicate with your team and lead them to success.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in the commercial or school foodservice industry
• An associate's degree in food and nutrition or business or 2 years of relevant school nutrition program experience
• Servsafe certificate, if not certified we will get you certified.
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Enjoy working with kids of all ages
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position
