Food & Beverage FOH Manager - Sparrows Point Country Club Job at Sparrows Point Country Club
Established in 1925, The Sparrows Point Country Club is a privately owned club that overlooks the waterfront, featuring a yacht basin, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a full-service clubhouse that provides service from casual to formal dining and weddings to special events.
The Food & Beverage Front of House Manager provides friendly and professional service to our members and guests and consistency of execution in an positive, well-maintained environment. Manage and direct the FOH Staff.
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 a year Full Time Position

- Must be willing to work Evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and work with the FOH Staff.
- Recruit, Hire, and Training new associates.
- Develop and implement continual training programs for the associates.
- Responsible for opening and end of day duties including closing.
- Embrace ECHO Teamwork
- Ensure guest interactions are positive
- Establish and maintain service standards for excellence, and model this behavior to staff and guests
- Communicate guest concerns or comments to the General Manager and Head Chef
- Demonstrate and maintain sanitation standards for the department.
- Addresses and resolves complaints
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year or more of related experience and/or training
