• Job Duties
• Must be able to handle all inbound calls and handle within a timely manner.
• Obtain accurate information and follow customer's requirements at the initial call.
• Enter data information immediately while on the call.
• Obtain complete and accurate data on where the unit is located.
• Obtain complete details on what is wrong with the unit including year, make, and model, etc.
• Select and enter into the system the correct trouble code.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
• Ensure estimates are handled timely and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to get updates on open events.
• Keep customer updated on the event and follow instructions per their requirements.
• Make supervisor on duty aware of any delays with the service providers estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
• Work with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Time Management- Ability to prioritize and utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
• Project a positive image for FleetNet America with the internal and external customers and employees at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management.
• Qualifications
  
  Education: High School Diploma or GED Certificate, required.
  
  Experience: Prior Customer Service experience required. Call Center experience preferred, but not required.
  
  Computer Skills: Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. (Proficient computer and phone skills required, including but not limited to fast typing skills, data entry, word processing, email. Job requires multitasking skills, the ability to talk and type information at the same time)
  
  Other Requirements: Flexibility with schedule Work weekends, nights, and holidays.
