Floor Supervisor Job at Pirate Cove Management LLC
Pirate Cove Resort currently has an opportunity for a qualified Floor Supervisor for our Boutique and General Store. The Floor Supervisor will deliver superior customer service and assist the manager in training and maintain the resorts customer service standards. This individual will be experienced in sales, customer service and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will be highly involved in working hands-on in the daily store operations including merchandising, processing inventory, and setting an example of sales floor standards. In addition, you must be organized, have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of different people on a daily basis.
Position Requirements:
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
- Prior management/ supervisor experience preferred
- 18+ years old with valid driver’s license.
- Must be sales oriented with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights (store is open until 8 PM).
- CA ABC Certificate
No benefits are provided. Compensation – $18.00 - $20.00 / hour based on experience. Job Type – Full Time.
