Position Purpose: Assist in moving and staging materials, product and supplies for optimum production flow.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and adhere to the I.Q.M.S. schedule
- Stage skids to the feeder section of the Presses
- Manage and inventory all waste sheets coming from the Press
- Replenish supplies and materials for each piece of equipment
- Move finished skids to next staging area and or scan into inventory
- Assist in moving rolls of board to the sheeter
- Assist in separating combo printed Sku’s
- Complete production forms and paperwork
- Clean and maintain safe, organized work areas
- All other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Required:
- Must have basic computer skills
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to follow and implement step by step instructions.
- Ability to move heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must be efficient in multi tasking.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high speed equipment.
Quality Standards: Must be able to understand quality standards and perform quality checks.
Safety: To maintain proper safety standards according to established Sanitary and Housekeeping Practices (GMP Compliance) Proper use of all safety equipment i.e.: proper use of personal protective gear including hairnets, gloves and safety glasses.
This is a 3rd Shift position: Monday through Friday, 11:30pm-7:30am
