The Flex Team Leader is a senior level Flex Team position, who is responsible leading the Flex Team in performing the day to day duties relative to poultry house sanitation, specific bird procedures (pullet vaccinations and moving birds from pullet rearing houses to laying houses), along with other general farm activities throughout the farm according to established procedures and instructions. These tasks must be done using good judgement while following pre-established guidelines and procedures, using the safety-first practices.

The Flex Team Leader will have light experience with hydraulics, electrical, plumbing and mechanical.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or GED required

• General knowledge of animal care

• A high degree of initiative

• Able to perform job duties independently

• Able to function successfully in a team environment

• Being bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Leadership experience
