Fleet Support Representative (FSR)

Full Time – Immediate Start

Camp Pendleton, CA


Summary:

Serves as Fleet Support Representative for Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Marine Corps Spectrum Integration Laboratory (MCSIL) for the Intrepid Tiger II (IT II) program of record. Serves as liaison between US military, developers, and program leads by providing advice and supporting data that aligns training with the needs of the fleet. Responsible for planning, development, training, and program delivery to the DoD end user and repair facilities.


Other duties include:

  • Delivers training instructions and ensures functions meet operational needs of the fleet
  • Supports IT II instruction and operations at select training and large force exercise events
  • Ensures service delivery is consistent, predictable and in a precise manner
  • Provides advice on training and development as it pertains to resources, personnel, and operational functions
  • Supports routine maintenance and system upgrades and maintains
  • Works closely with fleet customers and coordinates instruction methods, materials, and media to meet training requirements
  • Fosters relationships with government officials and operational personnel
  • Provides consistent quality control customer service and ensures successful project execution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations environment (e.g., Radio Battalion/EA6B Prowler Pilot, ECMO, ECM Technician)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid skills with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as Fleet Service Representative or related position
  • Prior military or civilian instructor experience
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance
  • 5 years in a highly technical background and fleet support program management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
