WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Fiscal Manager will be responsible for and have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • GAAP’s
  • Balance sheets
  • Profit and Loss statements
  • Journal Entries
  • Bank & AMEX Reconciliations
  • Payroll Process and reconciliation
  • ERP – Quick Books – advance level
  • General and Cost Accounting
  • General Ledger maintenance- Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books
  • Oversee A/R and A/P Process
  • Adhering to Florida Statutes and Grant requirements
  • Invoice all grant/contracted dollars in a timely manner
  • Supervises the Accounting Specialist
  • Other- Ad Hoc requests from Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years or more experience in non-profit accounting preferred.
  • Prefer a bachelor’s in accounting or finance.
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks.
  • Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
  • Professional References
  • Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida
