Kilgore Companies is now hiring for Grade Operators. In this position you will be responsible for grading and subgrade prep for residential and commercial land development projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Operator will be responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and co-workers
• Grades or redistributes earth, aggregates, or materials for the construction or repair of structures, highways, and roads.
• Operates blade to regulate elevation and angle of slopes.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the Foreman.
• Perform daily pre–and–post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
