Fleurs is a Fine Gardening/Landscape Company looking to hire Full Time for the 2023 gardening season and beyond.

Qualified candidates will work directly with highly experienced gardeners providing fine gardening/landscape services for our private, residential, coastal clients.

Paid Apprenticeships available.

Must desire to be employed by a company determined to provide the finest in customer service and proper Horticultural technique.

Qualifications and Skills-

- Absolutely, must have a passion and interest in Fine Gardening/Landscapes. Experience preferred.

- Willing to consider those with a sincere interest in Fine Gardening/Landscape Gardening. Excellent training program.

- Must be capable of meticulous, detail oriented work.

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Must be prompt and have own, reliable transportation to our farm. Transportation provided to our worksites. Valid Driver's License required.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in strenuous conditions; Heat and Cold.

- Must be physically fit and in excellent health.

- Background check required.

Must live in the southern part of Rhode Island or Southeastern Connecticut and find the commute to Richmond, Rhode Island acceptable.
