ROLE SUMMARY

Join our team as a Fine Dining Server and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for providing a luxury dining experience to all of our guests at the Wildflower Farms restaurant.

• Primarily responsible for assisting Guests in food and beverage service.
• Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the food & beverage, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service.
• Comply with Forbes Five-Star service standards at all times.
• Understand restaurant layout, table/seat/station numbers, and proper table set-ups
• Understand all menu items, preparation, ingredients, cooking methods, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation, and prices.
• Accurately and quickly take and place food & beverage orders and input them into the Micros system.
• Prepare the guest check accurately in P.O.S. and collect payment or signature, as required.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all the food & beverage equipment.
• Be familiar with all liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections available in Restaurants.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all the food & beverage equipment.
• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A track record of previous food and beverage server experience
• Experience in a fine-dining restaurant
• Experience with Forbes standards is highly preferred
