Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst to provide expert support to Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) customer, located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to provide onsite support with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage day to day operations for the contract.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Essential Functions
- Providing advanced, time-sensitive, and accurate Financial Analysis and Requisition support
- Generating, proof-reading, troubleshooting, and routing accurate requisitions in PRISM, upon receipt of Purchase Requisition (PR) request submissions from customers or third-party contractors
- Performing financial analysis support including but not limited to; financial research, data and financial reconciliation, burn rate analysis, invoice analysis, invoice and financial reclassifications, obligation analysis, expenditure analysis, contract analysis, spend plan analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Coordinating and facilitating receipt of OCIO spend plan requirements to assist the government in finalizing the OCIO spend plan
- Drafting responses to financial data calls and audit inquiries
- Developing contract closeout and deobligation report
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and centralized internal tracking tools and processes to receive, process, manage, track, and quality control requisitions and financial actions
- Developing, facilitating, and conducting trainings on financial tools, techniques, processes, procedures, and best practices for end-users, customers, team members, and OCIO staff.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
