As the Financial Analyst, you will be part of the team that manages the Generation Interconnection process - new applications, deposits, handling Letters of Credit, coordinating with Project Managers and Accounting regarding internal charges and external invoices, Customer Service, educating the customers about MISO's GI process, and requesting refunds for the interconnection requests.

You will be responsible to maintain the quality throughout the financial aspect of this process.

In one year as our Financial Analyst, you will know you were successful if:

• You are familiar with the various functions of MISO, Generation Interconnection, and financial aspects of this process.
• You can independently apply the Generator Interconnection Tariff provisions in daily tasks of refunds, ownership changes and cost allocation.
• You have contributed to process improvements related to managing finances for Generation Interconnection.

We are looking for hardworking professionals who have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• At least four (0-5) years of related work experience
• Oracle ERP experience a plus.
