Financial Advisor

NYC, Brooklyn, Manhattan Midtown

Pay Range: $72,000 - $96,000 (base pay)

Apple Bank is looking to hire a financial advisor to join our team. To excel in this role they should already have the appropriate licenses, be able to successfully sell non-deposit investment products within a bank environment and meet production goals. The position requires someone who is highly motivated, sales drive and service oriented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Conduct ongoing and consistent sales generating activities: Calls, book appointments, etc.
• Conduct branch sales meetings, huddles, quick starts, etc.
• Conduct training of all branch employees.
• Meet daily with potential customers.
• Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and be able to communicate investment concepts.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend ongoing sales and product training.
• Maintain active working relationships with branch personnel.
• Meet weekly with each BM of the territory covered.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years sales experience as a financial consultant.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Must possess current NYS Life, Accident & Health license,
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and series 65 or 66 required

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Excellent time management and communication skills required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
