Responsibilities:

• Training with two lead advisors and shadowing client engagement, reviewing paperwork, answering client questions, assisting with cashiering transactions (Ex: client needs money from a brokerage account, you will assist the client in accessing funds)
• Creating financial plans and submitting them to Senior Advisor for proofreading.
• Reviewing plans weekly (3-4/week as of now, might review the same plan multiple times in a season)
• Joining Sr. Advisors in hour-long client meetings and intakes (3-6 client meetings/week, mix of in-person and virtual)
• Assisting the Sr. Advisor in preparing for the meeting with notes from the financial plan
• Responding to emails and service requests
• Answering phone calls from clients and scheduling meetings

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain licenses/Certificates
• E-Money software experience will be a BIG PLUS but not expected
• BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Superior skills in Excel, Word, and general internet savvy
• Excellent verbal, written, and editing skills
• Residence within a reasonable commute to downtown Bellevue is a must
