ICool USA is looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Process bills, receipts, and checks
  • Record Material usage and Inventory movement
  • Monitor financial transactions and verify details
  • Assist with account reconciliations
  • Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least Two (2) years of experience as an Accounting Clerk, or similar
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and general practices
  • Ability to work independently and to find solutions
  • Strong Excel skills, required
  • Experience with SAP, REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
