For over 50 years our Finance organization has played a key role in achieving the Bose vision, by carrying out a strategy that provides talent and capability that enable growth and financial viability for Bose for the long run. The core elements of the strategy are to build a competitive advantage through business and finance navigation, deliver global business services for all levels of the company with high-quality standards, and to provide enterprise wide governance that enables elite performance.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting employment opportunity to join our Finance and Business Services Rotation Program. This opportunity is a full-time position for approximately 2 years where your experiences will vary depending on the needs of the department and your individual interests. During your time in the program, you will rotate through multiple businesses and functional groups within the Finance and Business Services functions. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to the international operations of Bose through a variety of rotations with learning and development programs designed to broaden your skills as a global finance professional. Possible opportunities include:
- Business partner supporting sales, marketing, or a category of products
- Corporate financial planning & analysis
- Financial systems
- Accounting and Internal Assurance Services
- Treasury
Each assignment will offer a unique opportunity to support the Bose enterprise in achieving its strategic objectives. You will be expected to contribute within each assignment while gaining experience and developing your business and technical skills with the goal of completing the program and transitioning to a longer-term position within our finance department.
ABOUT YOU
The best candidates will thrive in varied dynamic business environments, demonstrate strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, comfort in analyzing large data sets, a curiosity about working with financial systems, and will be comfortable working both independently and in teams. A passion for excellence and innovation are both a must.
Education - BS degree required, with a deep understanding of Finance or Accounting;
Minimum 0 years’ experience;
Minimum proficiency of Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint;
Information technology and / or data analytics background and experience are highly desirable.
Position will start in Summer/Fall 2023
