Objective:

• Project Controlling throughout the whole lifecycle of a project - from RFQ-phase to end of production of a product

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science / Business administration studies
• Specialization in controlling/accounting
• Several years of professional experience in the area of finance or controlling, ideally in an international company

Proficiency:

• Good knowledge of SAP R3
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Good analytical ability
• Very good communication skills
• High degree of ability to work as a team
• Experience in project management
• High level of initiative, exactness and reliability

Main Duties:

Acquisition

• Link between the involved functions (Sales, Engineering, Plant, Costing, QA, Purchasing etc.)
• Participation in the Kick-Off-Meeting as “Sub-Project Manager Controlling”
• Collection, verification and documentation of performance data and investments
• Collaborate & provide data to costing department to get a calculation
• Check, analyze & get explanation of calculations
• Summarization of the requested investment amounts (customer invest and SMP capex)
• Close cooperation in creating the BET form (together with Costing and Sales) for management approval
• Participation in costing workshops and costing loops

Before SOP

• Sub-Project Manager Controlling as part of the project team
• Creation of "Urbudget“ (customer investments, capex, part prices, revenues)
• Checking Nomination Letter
• Handling of capex, startup costs, opex, cash out
• Preparation of updates of financial data for the “Project-Reviews”
• Actively pushing change management process
• Controlling & be part of the sourcing committee (bid comparison: part price and investment)
• Preparation of MoB decisions
• Controlling of intercompany transactions
• Participation in project workshops/meetings
• Support with information for overall business plans (“A3”)
• Accompany the transfer from the project calculation figures into SAP

Series

• Budget planning (data preparation)
• Price and cost analysis
• Project-related cost and profit analysis
• Supporting improvement programs
• Identification of potentials, savings and risks
• Controlling of the change management process
• Controlling of the lifetime conditions LTC (customer and suppliers)
• Supporting Sales (LTC, change management, prices etc)
• Follow-up calculation with regard to SAP figures
• Clarification of accounting issues (e.g. sales volume, cost, credit advices)
• Controlling of intercompany transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
