Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance in the Transformation Office, this position will be responsible for managing the Transformation office with a focus on financial outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance in the Transformation Office, this position will be responsible for managing the Transformation office with a focus on financial outcomes. This individual will need to partner with several team members across the organization such as initiative owners, workstream leads and respective finance leads to track, monitor, and report on the outcomes of the transform initiatives, providing valuable analysis and insights, raising issues and concerns, and identifying blockers and minimizing where possible.
- Partner with Initiative Owners to build a strong business case that supports the financial impact of the initiative.
- Develop standard process to create a strong A/B test for initiatives that include a pilot and ensure teams are taking a test and learn approach prior to implementation.
- Monitor progress of initiatives, identifying issues and work with teams to resolve.
- Validate actuals monthly with IO’s and finance leads, ensuring integrity in the valuation.
- Ensure workstreams are delivering initiative impacts as outlined in the bankable plan.
- Responsible for creating monthly valuation analysis.
- Partner with Corporate and Divisional FP&A teams to ensure accurate planning and forecasting related to Transformation.
- Provide reporting on Transformation financial impacts, along with any other ad hoc reporting as necessary.
- Facilitate trainings related to business analysis, actuals validation, etc.
- Remain flexible to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Supports Senior Director of Finance Transformation, VP of Transformation and Chief Transformation Officer.
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience working on cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently with little direction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieve targeted objectives.
- Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to analyze data and make observations.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment.
#LI-CH1 Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $80,000-$90,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
