Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar from an accredited university

They are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in either a finance role or public accounting.

Must be a great communicator and explain financials and budgets to operational partners
What You'll Be Doing:

Prepares annual operation plan

Prepare cost and labor reports for operational leaders

Perform variance analysis on location financial packages at close

Lead the annual budget processes

Department necessary ad-hoc reporting

Guarantees policy and procedure compliance

Build and maintain forecast models
-
Produce and deliver productivity and waste reporting to upper leadership
