Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our Commercial Business Team. You will be responsible to successfully providing specialized analysis in various treasury functions.

This position requires a high degree of problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate across functions.

• Evaluate and assess the financial results of Lutron’s Commercial Business Unit
• Forecast and Plan for Lutron’s Commercial Business Unit:
  • Actively engage with business planning
  • Build and manage business sales and spending forecasts
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and review key inputs and assumptions
  • Lead monthly Commercial financial results discussion
• Finance Business Partner:
  • Work collaboratively across the organization with product managers, sales, and operations
  • Drive meaningful analysis to guide business investments and decisions
  • Ensure business initiatives and metrics are aligned with strategic goals
  • Monitor relevant control limits and be able to escalate concerns to the business
  • Identify key trends and areas of opportunities and make recommendations
  • Prepare executive and senior management level presentations and work directly with leadership
• Closely align with the other teams in the Finance department to drive improved and standardized global processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties, analysis, and reporting as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, MBA or CPA desirable.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience; supervision experience preferred
• Solid understanding of key accounting and financial reporting concepts
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
