Finance/FP&A Associate Job at Stant
Stant is hiring for a Finance/FP&A Associate. The Finance /FP& A Associate will help the Finance team track and achieve operational and financial goals. Also measure and report financial and operational results, and assist in bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual planning processes. This position is remote.

Finance/FP&A Associate Key Functions:
- Define & build financial forecasts, dashboards & metrics that track business performance
- Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets and five-year strategic plan
- Create & scale financial processes that drive strategic insight across the company
- Report financial and operational results on a bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Develop and manage three-statement models and 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Partner with the Plant Controllers to determine and quantify variances drivers
- Develop and track cross-company efforts to improve gross margin and cash flow
- Perform bespoke and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
- Assist on strategic acquisitions and divestitures
Qualifications:
- BS and/or MBA/MS in Finance, Accounting, or other related analytical fields
- 3-5+ years of work experience in restructuring, investment banking, and/or consulting
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Experience in M&A and/or private equity
- Experience with standard costing and ability to determine and explain variances
- Interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to summarize complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Advanced financial modeling experience with ability to build 3-statement financial models and 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing projects and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders
