GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision of the Vice President of Administrative Services, administers foster care payroll, foster care reimbursement and recordkeeping activities, assists in program billing and record keeping and agency employee payroll.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports directly to the Director of Finance or designee.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS (required at time of offer):
(1.) High school diploma/ associate degree preferred.

(2.) Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

(3.) Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

(4.) Two years relevant experience.

(5.) Prior data entry and spreadsheet experience.

(6.) Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Exel and Access.

(7.) Able to work a flexible schedule, with “regular” business hours set by the Agency.

(8.) Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES (illustrative and not intended as inclusive; specific responsibilities may vary):

(1.) Accurately and timely administers foster care payroll and ensures accurate documentation and reporting for accounting purposes.

(2.) Maintains accurate foster care related financial files and coordinates file availability for auditing purposes.

(3.) Assists in the accurate and timely billing of agency programs and reimbursements and ensures accurate documentation and reporting for accounting and audit purposes.

(4.) Assists in the preparation of Agency Employee payroll and documentation for accounting and audit purposes.

(5.) Ensures accurate, professional, and timely completion of all other required reports and filings.

(6.) Performs other Agency-related duties as assigned.
