This position provides advanced financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of Finance. Candidate will be expected to perform competently in all core finance disciplines noted below and will rotate between core finance areas as required based upon business needs. This position will also be responsible for monthly reporting of financial results. This position will ensure accuracy of data, complete information using standardized templates and support overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
Recipe for Success- What's “in store” for the role
Support Budget, Forecast and Latest Estimate processes
Prepare submission templates, work with Finance teams across the Brands and PDL to ensure timely submission
Work with business partners across the Brands and PDL to prepare information for Latest Estimate projections
Coordinate and support the Budget process
Support period diagnostics
Support managers and director in preparation of period diagnostics and analytics for Brand level and internal reviews
Develop standardized reporting to ensure an efficient reporting process (tables, waterfall graphs, trend lines, etc.)
Maintain MTD / YTD trackers to analyze savings data across all Brands
Review business partner data submissions for accuracy and completeness
Review system generated reporting for accuracy and completeness
Maintain/enhance procedures and process documentation
Work on ad-hoc reporting as required
