JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:o Operate the filler, capper, rinser, cooler, and associated equipment as instructed in SOP, including performing all required quality checks.o Track and record equipment and Line downtime informationo Operate the cap hopper and enter cap usage in MARS or other tracking systemo Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to:o Thermal system set pointo Fill weightso Bottle temps at filling and after coolingo Pull up torques and securitieso Rinser set pointo Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks o Start up and flavor change sensoryo CIP concentrationso bottle code accuracyo Challenge hot side and sold side bottle rejection systemo Product filter integrity checkso Closure and Bottle data entry in MARSo Closure and Bottle routine inspectionso Perform cap application checks on hot and cold side.o Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards.o Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment.o Review and verify Filler Chart is working by performing check at required frequencyo Perform minor machine maintenance activities as required.o Perform Sanitation of the filler and associated equipment according to sanitation schedule.o Enter QA checks and Sanitation records in IQS or similar systemo Demonstrate ownership of the job and add to the success of the teamo Participate on a Natural Work Teamo Support TPM activities through participation on TPM team and completing required paperwork (CIL, CL, etc.)

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
o Able to communicate, read, and write in English lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis work in a safe and controlled manner and comply with GMPs, Standards of Conduct, and Company Policies and be flexibility to work off-shifts as needed

- High School Diploma or GED
o Person awarded this bid will need to be self-directed in the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
o Must not have been suspended in the last 6 months
o Handwriting must be legible
