Woodlands at Ramsey is seeking a File Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will provide general office services such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, faxing, copying and assisting callers with rental information as necessary for the overall operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Type reports, letters and memos, make copies and file; answer telephone calls, take messages, direct calls to appropriate parties. Provide tours of the building; maintain confidentiality of all information
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year in similar role preferred
