Work includes light demolition and rebuild, caulking, drywall repair, insulation, and install a variety of firestop systems in the hospital environment.

We are looking for self-motivated, dependable, fast-paced, and hard-working individuals, with lead or management experience. This is a field-based position, so candidates should have the ability to travel nationwide to job sites as required.

Experience:

• 2+ year of experience working with basic tools
• Previous construction, painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, and drywall finish work

Job Requirements:

• Submit to TB test, vaccination blood tests & vaccinations (Flu, MMR, Varicella, etc.), and other mandatory vaccines
• Must be COVID vaccinated, or willing to get vaccinated if hired.
• Professional appearance. No visible tattoos/willing to cover. No smoking.
• Must be willing to travel on a 10 day on/4 day off rotation

Compensation:

• $24-29/hour DOE
• Paid weekly (direct deposit)
• Medical (base covered 100%), dental, vision, 401k with match
• Any legally mandated paid leave

Preferred But Not Required Skills:

• Understanding of computers and computer software (Microsoft Office).
• Experience in reading architectural plans/schematics.
• HVAC experience.
• Construction/minor electrical background.
• Painting and drywall experience.
