SERVICE ENGINEER
BUFFOLI NORTH AMERICA, INC.
The responsibilities for this position include Technical Support, Installation and Servicing of Buffoli’s machining centers.
Customer Support will consist of:
Technical Support and Servicing of Buffoli transfer machines will consist of:
- Customer visits to install and commission machinery
- Customer visits to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Customer visits to program CNC machinery and robotic systems
- Correspondence with our factory to resolve design and manufacturing issues
You will be expected to report on schedule compliance, production progress, and assure the timely delivery of machines and parts.
Skill Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machinery
- Intimate knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC control programs.
- Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical machine drawings
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (company reimburses for travel expenses)
Ability to travel overseas for extensive training
