Right Choice Caregiving is looking for a Homecare Field Marketer to add to our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an establishing and quality driven agency that treats its patients and employees like family. We are seeking a highly motivated team member who is looking to grow with the company and take ownership of their role!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound information calls and actively make outbound calls to prospective clients in need of care or home care placement.
- Represent The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services at networking and community events throughout Southern California.
- Research the competition to effectively market the company’s home health services.
- Engage in prospecting on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate a commitment to sales skill development.
- Maintain and build existing referral base relationships by serving as a resource for education and information.
- Maintain open positive communication with appropriate agency staff (Hospice / Palliative Care, Home Health, and/or other in-home services) regarding referrals received.
- Coordinate with Assistant Administrator to support referral generation efforts; facilitate growth of Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care services and promote The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services according to business development strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information; ensure proper handling and disposal of confidential documents and adheres to all HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Serve as a local champion for service-line standardization and consistency efforts.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Communication, Marketing, and/or Licensed Nurse preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in a home health environment and/or with a caregiving agency.
- At least 1 year experience in marketing or public relations.
- Community relation management – knowledge of a local community’s needs and the ability to interview others to get needed information are essential qualities.
- Public speaking – strong public speaking skills to present at public and private meetings.
- Marketing – promotional skills to effectively share organization’s vision and mission
- Interpersonal skills – a critical duty of community liaisons is building trusting and effective partnerships to facilitate engagement and outreach.
- Writing skills – creating documentation and written reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
