We are looking for a Cable Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience with cable systems and a strong understanding of electrical wiring and safety protocols. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and the willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems and equipment.
- Test cables for signal strength and quality.
- Troubleshoot and repair cable system problems.
- Install and configure cable modems and routers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on cable systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Provide customer service support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
