Position Title: Farm Manager
Location: Paso Robles, CA 93446
Duration: Full-time
Salary Range: $20/hr for 3 month training period. After $21 - $25/hr (based on experience and results of training)
The Company: Kiler Ridge is a small family owned and operated olive farm in the rolling hills of Paso Robles. We are committed to growing and producing the highest quality Italian extra virgin olive oil.
The Position: As Farm Manager, we are looking for candidates who are self motivated, fast learners with basic maintenance skills.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Knowledge of farm tools (weed eater, chain saw, garden tools)
- Knowledge of common hand tools (tape measure, socket sets, etc.)
- Basic maintenance and up keep of grounds and barn
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Bonus qualifications :
- Experience in operating large farm equipment (tractor, forklift, excavator)
- Experience in irrigation / fertigation
- Welding
- Electrical
- Landscaping

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
