The Farm Hand position is an exciting position in which the right candidate will assist in all aspects of maintaining our rapidly expanding 33-acre farm. This is a multi-faceted position in which the incumbent will have an opportunity to work amongst nature, expand their agricultural knowledge and field experience, and be involved in the row crop production process from seed to loading dock.

Job duties include:

· Harvesting

· Planting

· Inspecting crops by hand

· Removal of weeds and controlling insects

· Dealing with irrigation of farm soil and assisting in maintaining water pipes and pumps.

· Loading agricultural products into trucks, boxes, and/or storage facilities.

· Preferred Tractor and Bed shaping experience
