Join our Team! Blueprints is seeking an Early Head Start Family Support Assistant that will recruit and enroll eligible children and families for our Early Learning programs through Blueprints programming, community partnerships, and outreach efforts. Communicate program eligibility, selection, and enrollment policies to families, other service providers, and the general public. Provide application support, collect documentation, and enter information into appropriate databases to enroll eligible families. Identify and attend outreach events as assigned to support recruitment & enrollment. Stay up to date and well-informed about Blueprints and other community programs and resources to support recruitment and enrollment efforts. Coordinate with Family Support Coaches to provide a warm handoff for families to be able to connect to community services & programs that support their individualized family goals.
