Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians is currently recruiting a full time Primary Care Physician for our West Bend Health Center. The West Bend Health Center is in West Bend, Wisconsin approximately 38 miles north of downtown Milwaukee. The city of West Bend is in the picturesque hills Of Kettle Moraine along the Milwaukee River in Washington County. West Bend Health Center is a new facility, with a diverse patient population in a collaborative collegial setting. The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes four community hospitals and one academic medical center, more than 1,600 physicians and nearly 40 health centers and clinics, draws patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation.

Qualifications:

• Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure
• Preferred training in Family Medicine, Meds/Peds or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (If Board Eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of joining practice)
