Position Details:

• Assembling and testing products following visual work instructions.
• Working on flow line as a team member.
• Meeting daily production goals.
• Making suggestions for improvements.
• Rotating from one step to another to keep product flowing.
• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm.
• Monday – Friday with the possibility for overtime, including 12 hours shifts on Saturdays.
• Employees are allowed to wear headphones and listen to music in one ear while out on the production floor.
• This facility is a climate-controlled environment.
• Start out at $14.75/hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase upon full-time hire.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is required for full-time hire, but not for employment through Innovative Staff Solutions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Light industrial experience preferred, but not required.
• Must present good work ethic and attendance.
