A Day in the Life of an Facility Maintenance Technician:
- The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for light mechanical work including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair.
- Other job duties include cleaning of yard, bathrooms, kitchens, and floors.
- Transporting daily mail to each location
- Assisting Warehouse/Shop as needed
- This can also include anything from setting up meetings at both locations, to any other light duty functions to assist in the day to day operations to meet the needs of the business
What you Need to be Qualified for the Facility Maintenance Technician position:
- Punctuality, attendance and attitude must be exceptional
- Must have valid North/South Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Great listening skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to climb ladders
- Neat Appearance - per company standards
- Possess the ability to read and write English to a High School level
- High school diploma or equivalent
