Facility Maintenance Associate Job Summary:
The Event Services Associate, under the general direction of the General Manager, will be responsible for executing daily tasks such as spot cleaning and deep cleaning, maintaining the dish tank, cleaning dishes and polishing silverware, taking inventory, item and equipment organization, and executing set up and tear down of event space. The associate will need to be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in order to accommodate event schedules. If you are interested in working in a fast paced team environment for the premier event company in central Ohio we would love to hear from you! This position does require evening and weekend hours!
Facility Maintenance Associate responsibilities:
- Maintaining and living by the Cameron Mitchell Premier Events Culture
- Maintain Dish tank
- Wash dishes and polish silverware
- Support event set up and tear down
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Inventory of all soft drinks, bottled water, bar set needs and hard equipment
- Provide proper sanitation and storage for all event equipment
- Follow all safety standards within the work place
Essential Responsibilities: Include the following and other responsibilities that may be assigned:
- Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
- Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest's questions about the restaurant. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
- Cooperates with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
- Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly
