Job Summary:

This position will be inspecting, maintaining and repairing specialized equipment and other general maintenance needs at the Camp Randall Stadium Complex and surrounding facilities (Camp Randall, McClain, Field House, Nielsen and University Ridge) independently to ensure safety and meets established standards to prevent further damage. Will also assist with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed.



Responsibilities:
Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed.
  • 20% Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment, and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation
  • 30% Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections and monitors cleanliness
  • 25% Troubleshoots, escalates, and documents issues according to established policies and procedures
  • 5% Receives, inspects, inventories, and distributes deliveries independently to appropriate entities
  • 20% Assists trades, crafts, vendors, and technical staff with construction, design, and operational maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance skills preferred
Driver's License preferred



Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by staffing needs and events.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
